We were fortunate to have Nilay Lad lead the keynote session, sharing hard-earned lessons on turning ideas into real, usable products — drawn from his extensive experience over the last 2 decades, across the U.S., Europe, and Canada.

The conversation naturally shifted to one of the most valuable levers for early growth:

One of the recurring themes that emerged — both in conversations and side chats — was this:
